Our Philosophy

We believe that every athlete can be improved, that is, he or she is capable of performing on a higher level with better technique, more speed, more power, more accuracy and more strength and cardio respiratory endurance. With better technique through biomechanical technique analysis, and concurrent development of the physical qualities with specialized strength exercises that are specific to the athlete’s technique, the athlete will perform better on the field, court, ring, track, or in the water. Athletes should have the opportunity to develop their full potential, injury free, with the best and most accurate scientific information available. We believe athletes should be given access to proven practices that are known to enhance their abilities on the competitive stage.
