Active Cords Thigh Cinch Strap

To be used with the Active Cords Set.  Its main purpose is to duplicate exactly what runners and kickers do in executing their skills. This is accomplished by doing three joint actions in sequence against resistance.  The Active cords with the thigh cinch strap make it possible.
