  2. Dynamic balanced posture is an outcome of efficient movement patterns that begin with an accurate kinetic sense, i.e. a body that responds well to its changing environment.

    1. I agree Richard. This is one of the outcomes of the 1 X 20 RM strength training program. With the increased repetitions they develop a kinesthetic sense as they improve technique and the strength specific to the technique
