Enough Complaining

Enough complaining. It’s getting tiresome to read articles and letters about how the Chargers should get different players, how AJ has blown it and why Turner should be canned. It’s time for more objectivity beyond personalities; let’s look at something that can be worked on.

Why can’t receivers get free more often? Why are tackles being missed? Why can’t the offensive line protect Rivers? Why do they fumble? Why are players getting hamstring injuries? The list of problems can go on but each has an answer and solutions are available.

The problem appears to be a lack of coaches who can analyze skill execution to determine what can be done to allow for more effective execution. Players and coaches talk about the basics but they don’t know how to analyze and improve on the basics. As Sherlock Holmes would say, “It’s elementary my dear Watson”, but this appears to be too complex for the Spanos and the Chargers.
