Running Technique

Our last Technique of the Week featured three runners. What did you see in their technique? The runner on the left has too much shoulder/hip rotation and his trail leg is too low. I can’t tell about touchdown.
The runner in the middle has a heel hit but everything else looks OK. He’s the most relaxed of the three, but his trail leg foot could be a little higher The runner on right looks good but may be a little tight from the hand positioning and expression on his face.

Next up is two pitchers. Which one has the better technique?
