If you do not have access to a cable pulley machine or if you prefer to work out at home or on the field, you can use rubber tubing in the same manner as the cables. To do all the exercises with sufficient resistance, you should have rubber tubing with different tensions as in the Total Athlete System together with an ankle strap and belt. Be sure that you go only through the range of motion prescribed in the exercise. You should be able to attach the cords to a door, fence or any stationary, immovable post to do the exercises most conveniently.
